Project of the Month

These programs allow talented underprivileged teenagers to fulfill their potential by providing them with a challenging program of enrichment and leadership training at the Ruppin Institute of Marine Science. Talented 7th graders from all backgrounds of Israeli society in the lower socio-economic levels are chosen - programs run for 2 years.


The Herzliya committee meets regularly to plan activities

Our events include lectures on a variety of topics, regular Music Appreciation Evenings with Barbara Blum and an annual fundraising Bridge Morning

Volunteering Activities include the following:
  • Befriending the Elderly in their homes - English or Hebrew/Yiddish speaking
  • English tutoring in schools - Helping individuals or small groups of children in the school during school hours - age 10 till Bagrut
