Olim (New Immigrant) Support

ESRA runs support groups and organises social get-togethers to give encouragement and mutual help to immigrants.
We occasionally sponsor, together with the other Olim organisations, information evenings to give practical advice and provide basic information to newcomers.

Olim who need any kind of information are always welcome to call our ESRA offices. We will do our best to assist - call Judy at Beit Fisher, Raanana 09-748 2957, or Sandra in our ESRA Herzlia office 09-956 7098.

Initial Meeting for Olim in Netanya

News Date:
26. February 2012 - 8:00

netanya_olim_3.jpgWe were thrilled to see the response of approximately 20 people to our First Meeting.   After some general chat we informally sat around the room and introduced ourselves - such an interesting crowd of different nationalities.  ESRA's co-chair, Nina Zuck, spoke briefly about ESRA projects in Netanya, with quite a few showing an interest in being involved.

Rishon Lezion

The ESRA Rishon Lezion branch, which covers the area of Rishon Lezion, Nes Ziona and surrounding towns was formed in early 2008 and has an active membership. Rishon's activities, which continue to expand, include volunteer tutoring, a knitting club, a cinema club, a book exchange  and other social activities for members and non-members.
