ESRA Ramat Aviv

One of a series of talks organised by ESRA Ramat Aviv in partnership with Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, Immigrant Absorption section.

Alice Miller wanted to be an astronaut in a country who claimed women could not be pilots. She challenged the social status quo in court and changed a generation-long myth. Alice Miller tells her story, from the stars who led her to court as a teenager to the stars that lead her life today.

And what a life to tell… Following her beloved to a jungle in the Indian Himalayas, giving birth on the banks of a river, dealing with a life-threatening illness, watching the river claim thousands of lives, returning to Israel and founding a school and a community in the Galilee.

Alice’s story is full of inspiration to fearlessly follow your heart.
