The sessions will focus on taking control of the aging process through movement, including joint mobility, increasing flexibility, fall prevention, balance, and coordination;
Improving heart and lung capacity; maintaining and improving muscle mass and bone density.

All participants must complete a Health Form which will be sent to you when you register. You cannot attend the class without registering in advance and completing the Health Form. We must receive your Health Form at least 5 days prior to the first class.
What people should wear/bring - water bottle, yoga mat, towel, comfortable running/sport
shoes.
Please make sure with your doctor, that you are able to participate in a fitness class.
The price reflects 6 sessions for the price of 5. Single session registration will not be possible.
