Many common ailments can be prevented, or even cured, by changing habits and moving over to a healthier way of living and eating.
Frankie Cronin, community pharmacist, will share tips for optimum nutrition together with ways to improve your well-being, and some suggestions for quick meals that are both tasty and healthy.
Frankie received a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Manchester University and since then has practiced as a pharmacist in neighborhood pharmacies in Britain and Israel. In recent years her awareness of the many unwanted drug side effects and the resulting poly pharmacy, has led her to find alternative methods of staying healthy.
