Welcome to the second meeting of the ESRA Haifa Gourmet Vegetarian Cookery Club. This is the second session of a planned series. Subsequent sessions will be planned for later in the year. There is a limitation of 10 participants so please register early.The aim is to jointly prepare (and, of course, eat together) several vegetarian dishes based on a specific style of cooking which will rotate from session to session. The theme of the second session will be Italian Cuisine, and we will prepare dishes like Minestrone, focaccia, pasta with fresh pesto sauce, different types of pizza, Caprese salad, Tiramisu and zabaglione. The final menu will be decided closer to the event.
1. The venue of this session is strictly vegetarian and is suitable for those who eat kosher.
2. Anyone with specific food allergies should be aware when registering for this session, and take full responsibly.
3. The recipes used will be sent to all the participants by email after the session.
4. Please bring an apron and some containers so that you can take home any food which is left over.
