Avi Granit will answer all these questions while introducing you to the Alexander Technique with an informative and interesting talk accompanied by demonstrations.
Avi Granit first encountered the Alexander Technique (AT) in the UK while working for the Israeli embassy in London. He instantly connected with the technique and began a 3- year training course at the London school of Patrick McDonald, a former student of the technique’s founder, F.M. Alexander. Since graduating in 1983, Avi has taught the technique full time both here in Israel and overseas. In addition to running his own training school in Tel Aviv, Avi teaches private lessons in both Tel Aviv and Haifa and regularly travels to Europe and South Korea to present at workshops and master classes. He has served on the committee of ISTAT, the Israeli Society of Alexander Teachers, for 38 years and is a popular presenter at International AT Congresses, having given workshops and Continuous Learning master classes all over the world.
