Join Sheli Berger, for an inspiring session exploring the transformative power of Qi Gong, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Sheli has a BSc in Physiology (Neuroscience) and is a certified Medical Qi Gong Teacher.

Through her personal journey, Sheli reversed chronic conditions such as autoimmune disease (Lupus), osteoporosis, epilepsy and extreme migraines, while also achieving lasting weight loss and enhanced energy levels. Learn how Qi Gong can help balance body chemistry, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

In the webinar you will get an opportunity to do Qi Gong and experience it for yourself.

You will also have a unique opportunity to ask questions, such as:

-What is Qi Gong?
-Is it enjoyable? Will I feel good after doing it?
-What are the benefits of doing it?
-Does it help with anxiety, feeling stressed or emotional issues?
-Can it help with recurring infections, covid or long covid?
-Can it help with permanent weight loss, balance blood sugar levels and cravings?
-Can it be used for rehabilitation after an injury? Does it help you heal faster?
-Can it help with women’s health issues: infertility, endometriosis, osteoporosis, maintaining a healthy pregnancy?
-Can it help with ADHD, improve my concentration, be more productive and get more done in my day?

-Does doing Qi Gong increase the effectiveness of any other therapy I am doing?
-Can I use Qi Gong to prevent the onset of a genetic illness?

If you are unable to join live, you can email your questions in beforehand and I will answer them for you in the webinar for you to watch later in the recording.
